Welcome
We install floors that are as
hard-wearing as they are beautiful.
A small, expert team based in the Ribble Valley. We prepare every surface properly, install with precision, and leave every job cleaner than we found it.
Founded by Michael, a Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years in the building industry, we understand concrete, preparation and lasting results better than most.
How we work
the process.
- 01
Repair & prep
Cracks, chips and contaminants are repaired and removed by hand.
- 02
Diamond grind
We mechanically open the concrete for a true, lasting bond.
- 03
Base coat
A pigmented epoxy primer laid wet to receive the flake.
- 04
Flake broadcast
Decorative vinyl flake hand-broadcast to refusal across the floor.
- 05
Polyaspartic topcoat
A UV-stable, abrasion-resistant seal that locks everything in.
Most floors are walk-on the same day. Full use within 24–48 hours.

“Our mission is to give every customer their most enjoyable contractor experience.”
We’re a small, local team, born and raised in the Ribble Valley. Every floor we lay is one we’d be happy to have in our own home. That’s the standard, and we don’t move from it.
“Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Our garage looks incredible.”

Questions
frequently asked.
How long does a floor take to install?+
Most residential garages are completed in a single day. Larger commercial floors may take two. You can walk on the floor the same evening and drive on it within 24 to 48 hours.
How long will the floor last?+
With normal use, our polyaspartic flake floors are built to last 15 years or more. We back every install with a workmanship guarantee.
Do I need to move everything out of the garage?+
Yes, but we offer a clearance and moving service if you'd prefer a completely hands-off experience.
Do you install microcement floors?+
Yes. Microcement is a seamless, jointless floor coating we install for kitchens, utility rooms, boot rooms, hallways and living spaces across Lancashire. Applied in thin layers at 2 to 3mm depth, it creates a smooth, completely continuous surface with no grout lines. Fully waterproof when sealed. Prices start from £95/m², get in touch for a free quote.
Do you install polished concrete floors?+
Yes. Polished concrete is a mechanically ground and refined floor system we offer for contemporary homes, barn conversions, showrooms and commercial interiors. Every polished concrete floor is unique, the grinding process reveals the natural character of the slab to produce a one-of-a-kind finish in matte, satin or gloss. Prices start from £75/m², get in touch for a free quote.
Is it slippery when wet?+
No. The broadcast flake creates a naturally slip-resistant surface that gives good grip wet or dry.
