When you enquire via our contact form, email, phone or social channels we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, postal address or site location, and any details you share about your project.
3. How we use your data
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, arrange site visits, deliver our services, manage invoicing, and, where you have consented, send occasional updates about our work.
4. Lawful basis
We process your data under UK GDPR on the basis of (a) your consent, (b) the performance of a contract with you, (c) our legitimate interests in running our business, and (d) where required, our legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted suppliers who help us operate (e.g. email, hosting, accounting), and where required by law.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months and customer records for up to 7 years to meet HMRC requirements.
